Ohlala is a platform that helps local businesses create and manage their own mini-apps and gives customers a way to discover, interact with, and stay connected with those businesses.
This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected through the Ohlala website, consumer app, Business Dashboard, business mini-apps, and related features and services.
We refer to these collectively as the “Services.”

The information we collect depends on how you use Ohlala and which features you choose to use.

When you create an account, interact with a business, place an order, make a booking, participate in a rewards program, contact us, or otherwise use the Services, you may provide information such as:

If you are a business owner or representative using Ohlala, we may also collect information about you and your business, including your business name, business contact information, store details, products or services, and information needed to create and manage your Ohlala account and mini-app.

Ohlala provides technology that businesses use to operate their mini-apps and interact with their customers.

For example, a business may receive information associated with your order, booking, rewards activity, or other interaction with that business.
Using Ohlala does not automatically give every business on the platform access to your personal information. Information is made available where it is relevant to your relationship or interaction with a particular business.
Businesses using Ohlala are responsible for handling customer information appropriately and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share personal information where reasonably necessary to operate Ohlala and provide the Services.
Businesses You Choose to Interact With
When you interact with a business through Ohlala, we may provide that business with information reasonably necessary to complete or manage your interaction, such as an order, booking, rewards activity, or other requested service.

We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate, secure, support, and maintain Ohlala.

Ohlala does not store complete payment-card information when payment information is processed directly by an external payment provider.
Payment capabilities and available payment methods may vary by business and may change as Ohlala develops.

Our website and Services may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, authentication, security, preferences, and understanding how our Services are used.
